Weapons: The Kasul: The Kasul is a black demonic bastard sword that is capable of draining the souls of its victims. With each slash it inflicts it takes away a little piece of that person’s soul until there’s nothing less. It is also capable of absorbing anything powered by black magic. It’s also capable of a gravity seal so nobody but its chosen wielder can lift it, and if somebody touches it without its consent it will begin to devour their soul.
History Ranko was born and raised in the old village of Aircano to Saul and Mary and has one younger sister named Maricul. Ranko and Maricul were relatively close at the start until one day Ranko found a demonic sword being kept in the basement of the church and an evil demon spirit took control of her body and rewrote her DNA to where she ceased to be human anymore and became an immortal demon never aging past the age of twenty-eight.
After Maricul had been turned into a vampire by Count Dracula and killed their parents, Ranko challenged her to a battle in the middle of the village. Aircano was destroyed as a result of their battle, but while Ranko came out the clear victor she was unable and unwilling to kill her younger sister. Opting instead to leave her for dead in the burning village never to see her again.
As the years went by, Ranko visited many places throughout the world collecting souls for her demon blade the Kasul. She formed a close relationship with the Kasul which whispered sweet nothings into her ear. Becoming almost like a lover without the physical companionship that most lovers shared. Ranko never kept the blade out of her sight and even slept with it close by to ensure that nobody could take it from her.
Into the modern era, Ranko became famous as “The Crimson Devil” becoming a thing of nightmares for children and adults. Though many believe it to just be a myth as the demon world was still unknown to the land of the mortals. When Ranko heard about the city of Ovega and that there was a gateway to the demon world there, she decided to come to the city to find it, open the demon seal, and then strengthen the Kasul by devouring the souls of the demons that lived in the demon world.
