In the southern part of the city is none other than Downtown Ovega City. Covered in neon flashing lights and poorly lit streets. These are the clubs and the businesses that deals out the drugs and the beer and the prostitute women. Where pimps, drug dealers, and mafia bosses reign supreme. Venture into this part of the city if you dare.
